We noticed condensation in the crawlspace several weeks ago of our new home build while getting things ready for the first winter. I called Jeremy, got a reasonable quote, he got it ordered and the Aprilaire was installed today! The guys did a great job installing it and they left everything nice and neat when they were done. Jeremy walk us through options to eliminate the moisture, mold, and rotting wood in our large crawlspace from encapsulation to completely solve all our issues to begin w remediation now save money up front and later encapsulate. Knowing we are not moving for many years, we hired his team to encapsulate with 2 dehumidifiers due to the large crawlspace SqFt. During the clean out phase they saw rain was gathering along 1 wall. Jeremy met with us the next day to tell us the best method to eliminate this problem. A drainage system and sumppump were added. Now our air is clean, no water. and lower power bills
